At AeroBand, we want you to be fully satisfied with your musical gear; if you are not completely happy, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronic components and accessories are returned in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your AeroBand device, including all cables, manuals, and drumsticks, into its original retail box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
